We’re ShedLight Coffee, a San Diego coffee roaster who wants you to brew delicious coffee at home.

We’re a micro coffee roastery on a mission to help you brew better coffee at home today while saving the planet tomorrow. We believe that coffee is so much more than a morning routine.

Today coffee saves the day, and tomorrow the planet.

A Micro Coffee Roastery On A Mission

ShedLight Coffee Roasters donates one percent of all earnings annually to 1% For The Planet, a collection of environmental nonprofits fighting climate change. Our coffee roastery is run on solar power, and we only roast organically grown beans.

You won’t find any single-use items at our coffee roastery (straws, brewing pods, cups, etc.), and we’re currently working toward providing a more sustainable (aka compostable) packaging solution for our beans.

Couldn’t find what you were searching for in our general sitemap? Let us know! We don’t like leaving beans behind, so please let us know if we’ve missed something.

Want to learn more about our coffee roastery? Want to get involved and help us save the planet? We’re here for it, so drop us a note!

We’re here to help you brew better coffee and save the planet, one epic cup at a time.
